To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or signs of wear, with original tags and packaging.
- You must provide your order number or the purchase confirmation received by email.
- Sale items or purchases made with a discount code are non-refundable.
Return procedure
- Contact us at info@country-co.ca to submit your return request and explain why you are returning the item.
- Once approved by email, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error on our part or a defective product.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective items or order errors
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it, including photos as proof.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
